1. Choose shape of plaque

(R) Round -- 11.5" in diameter

(O) Oval -- 9.5"X11.5"

(CO) Crimped Oval -- 9.5"X11.5"

2. Choose pattern...

Select the design you prefer from the photos on the inventory page. The name of your pattern is what is written on the plaque.

For example:

"Williams" "14" "Normandy House" and so on.

3. Choose the lettering color...

Black, Dark Blue, Medium Blue, Dark Green, Medium Green, Purple, Teal or Maroon.

(Note: Dark colors are easier to read.)
