BUSINESS - Our office manager, Jodie, who has many years of working with the insurance industry, handles the business side of the practice. We are on many of the provider panels and will work with you in obtaining the knowledge you need to satisfy your claims. However, it is important to know what your plan coverage is. Of course, we see many Medicare patients and are part of the new Medicare Demonstration Project.

OFFICE PROCEDURE - Having appointments and being on time are important and we will always try to get a patient in on the day they call. We have evening hours, Saturdays and everything in-between.

AUXILIARY SERVICES - Along with the aforementioned massage therapy, we carry a wide variety of nutritional products and sport supplements to aid in your recovery and performance.  We are stocked with the latest in orthopedic braces and taping supplies in case your condition requires them.

PERSONAL TRAINING - A full gym and rehab center allows us to expand our abilities to train and teach people about fitness. A personal and individualized program can be written and gone through in our facility. This enables the participant to be supervised and they can ask questions whenever they are here. This is coupled with nutritional advice and the holistic approach to health is what we aim to achieve.

Another fun aspect has been working on various celebrity entertainers.

Currently he is serving as a Team Doctor and Strength and Conditioning Coach for the country of the Bahamas. Working the Pan Am Games and most recently the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China was an amazing experience! The Bahamas won the most medals per population, as documented in Sports Illustrated magazine.

Furthermore, in March of 2009, Dr. Claussen and wife Nancy (athlete & fitness champion) were enshrined into the National Fitness Hall of Fame amongst fitness personalities like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jack LaLane. It was a humbling experience and great honor.

Dr. Claussen has been in athletics all his life and believes in keeping up a healthy lifestyle himself. This motivates him to stay up on the latest information on health and nutrition. His practice has been dedicated to his mother and father who helped from the beginning to make the office a success.
